Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy a video pack or use the Tiptoeing In My Jordans generator.
Video packs
Video packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. One completed generation uses one video from the purchased pack. A failed generation automatically returns that video to the same pack.
Your portraits
Only upload images you have the right and permission to use. Do not upload illegal, deceptive, exploitative, or non-consensual material.
Output use
You may download and use a completed video only where you have permission to use every included portrait and any third-party rights. The service does not transfer rights in people, music, brands, or source material.
Availability and safety
Generation time can vary with demand. We may pause generation or payment access when required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.
