This policy explains how Tiptoeing In My Jordans handles account, payment, portrait, video, support, security, and public-page analytics data.
Portraits and generated videos
Selected portraits are saved temporarily in your browser while checkout is open, then uploaded to private storage for generation. Input copies are deleted after the generation finishes. Completed videos stay private to the signed-in account and are delivered through time-limited links.
Accounts and payments
We store the account email, order status, purchased video allowance, generation history, and support history. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
Security and fraud prevention
We process limited device, browser, IP, region, checkout, and payment-risk signals to secure accounts, prevent abusive payment attempts, answer disputes, and protect the service.
Public-page measurement
Public pages use privacy-conscious traffic measurement and Microsoft Clarity to understand site performance and interaction quality. Portrait and email fields are masked, and account, admin, generated-media, and payment pages are excluded from Clarity recording.
